摘要
海南海桑是我国特有的濒临灭绝的海桑科红树林植物,为了解海南海桑苗木生长对氮磷钾肥的需求,明确最佳氮磷钾施肥量,以1年生实生苗为材料,采用"3414"试验设计进行盆栽试验,测定海南海桑幼苗干物质增加量、植株元素含量,叶绿素、丙二醛、脯氨酸含量等指标,通过苗木质量的肥料效应方程对海南海桑幼苗氮磷钾施肥量进行研究。结果表明:随着氮、磷、钾肥料施用量的增加,海南海桑幼苗干物质增加量、氮磷钾元素吸收量均呈先升后降趋势,在中等水平下达到最大值,以T6处理组最优,其干物质增加量和氮、磷、钾元素吸收量分别为5.88 g·株^(-1),53、17.4和256 mg·株^(-1)。不同的氮磷钾配施处理之间,海南海桑幼苗干物质增加量、氮磷钾元素吸收量和碳元素固定量等均存在较大差异。氮磷钾肥施用提高了叶绿素和脯氨酸含量,降低了丙二醛含量,以T6处理组最优,其叶绿素、丙二醛和脯氨酸含量分别为2.12 mg·g^(-1)、6.85 mmol·g^(-1)和347.42μg·g^(-1)。肥料效应函数计算出的理论最优施肥量与实际T6处理组的施肥量相当。海南海桑幼苗N、P_(2)O_5、K_(2)O理论最佳施肥量分别为0.547、0.131和0.342 g·kg^(-1)。本研究结果将为指导和规范海南海桑施肥技术提供理论依据。
Sonneratia hainanensis is a unique and endangered mangrove plant in China.In order to understand the demand of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P),and potassium(K)fertilizers for the growth of S.hainanensis seedlings,and to determine the optimal N,P,and K fertilizer formula for these seedlings,one-year-old S.hainanensis seedlings were used as experimental materials,and"3414"incomplete orthogonal regression design was used in a pot experiment.The dry matter,N,P,K,chlorophyll,malondialdehyde,and proline contents of S.hainanensis seedlings were determined,and the amount of N,P,and K fertilizers required for the seedlings was determined through the fertilizer effect equation.The dry matter content and the uptake of N,P,and K by S.hainanensis seedlings showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with an increase in the application of N,P,and K fertilizers.The maximum values of these indices were 5.88 g·plant^(-1),53 mg·plant^(-1),17.4 mg·plant^(-1) and 256 mg·plant^(-1) in T6 treatment group,respectively.There were significant differences in dry matter increase,N,P,and K uptake,and carbon fixation by S.hainanensis seedlings among different treatment groups.The content of chlorophyll and proline increased and the content of malondialdehyde decreased due following the application of N,P,and K.T6 treatment group showed the best results,with a chlorophyll,malondialdehyde,and proline content of 2.12 mg·g^(-1),6.85 mmol·g^(-1) and 347.42μg·g^(-1),respectively.The theoretical optimal fertilizer application rate was equivalent to that in the T6 treatment group,as calculated using the seedling quality fertilizer effect equation.The optimal theoretical application rates of N,P2O5,and K2O for S.hainanensis seedlings were 0.547,0.131,and 0.342 g·kg^(-1),respectively.Our results provided a theoretical basis for guiding and standardizing the fertilization of S.hainanensis.
