摘要
肺癌作为高发病率和高致死率的恶性肿瘤,严重影响着人类的健康。目前,外科手术、放化疗、分子靶向治疗以及基因治疗等均是治疗肺癌和改善预后的主要手段。微波消融(MWA)作为新兴的肺癌治疗手段,因其微创、安全、可靠的优点引起人们的广泛关注。本文主要对微波消融在肺癌临床治疗中的应用、临床研究及未来展望进行综述。
Lung cancer,as a malignant tumor with high morbidity and high lethality,seriously affects human health.At present,surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,molecular targeted therapy and gene therapy are the main means of treating lung cancer and improving prognosis.Microwave ablation(MWA),as an emerging treatment method for lung cancer,has attracted widespread attention due to its minimally invasive,safe and reliable advantages.This article review the application,clinical research,and future prospects of microwave ablation in the clinical treatment of lung cancer.
