摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者CT引导微波消融术后效果的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2017年12月间解放军第八十八医院收治的110例患者进行回顾性分析,患者均行CT引导微波消融术,其中,将采用综合护理干预的55例患者纳入观察组,采用常规护理干预的55例患者纳入对照组。对两组患者的术后并发症发生率、疼痛程度、术后心理状态和护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者并发症发生率为12.7%(7例),低于对照组的29.1%(16例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预后,两组患者疼痛数字评分表(NRS)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分均降低,且观察组各量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为90.9%(50例),高于对照组的76.4%(42例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NSCLC患者在CT引导微波消融术围术期采用综合护理干预,可降低患者术后并发症发生率,改善术后疼痛症状和不良心理状态,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the incidence of complications after CT-guided microwave ablation in patients with non-small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC）. Methods A total of 110 patients with NSCLC admitted to Eighty-eighth Hospital of PLA from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 55 patients in each group. Both groups were treated with CT-guided microwave ablation. The observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention and the control group only received routine nursing intervention in the perioperative period. When the patients were discharged from hospital,incidence of complications,degree of pain,psychological state after the operation,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications was 12. 7%（ 7 patients） in the observation group which was lower than 29. 1% of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. After nursing intervention,numerical rating scale（ NRS） for pain and symptom checklist 90（ SCL-90） score all decreased in the two groups with the observation group lower than the control group（ all P〈 0. 05）. Nursing satisfaction was 90. 9% for the observation group,which was higher than 76. 4% of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce postoperative complications,improve postoperative pain symptoms and adverse psychological status,as well as patient satisfaction in patients with non-small cell lung cancer undergoing CT-guided microwave ablation. Therefore,it deserves the clinical expansion
