摘要
文章研究了一种采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定运城盐湖黑泥中铅含量的新方法。在黑泥组分复杂的情况下,利用标准加入法有效地消除了样品的基体干扰,大大提高了铅含量测定的准确度。实际样品中的铅含量平行测定6次,其结果的相对标准偏差是0.63%,说明该方法精密度好,具有一定的可靠性。
In this article,a new method based on flame atomic absorption spectrometry was applied to determine the lead concentration in black mud of Yuncheng Salt Lake.The standard addition method effectively eliminated the matrix interference of the sample and greatly improved determination accuracy of the lead concentration.The lead concentration of sample was measured six times by the similar procedure,and the relative standard deviation was 0.63%.It is further proved that the method has good precision and reliability.
