盐湖黑泥中砷的氢化发生原子吸收法测定 被引量:1

Determining of Arsenic in Salt Lake Black Mud by Hydride Generation Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 盐湖卤水矿物泥俗称黑泥,随着其用途的增加,砷作为剧毒元素,已成为矿物泥产品中的一个重要毒害指标。提出了用LH-2A型氢化发生器与spectrAA220型原子吸收分光光度计连用测定黑泥中的砷,并对处理试样过程中消解时加酸量、消解时间、载气流速的影响、反应时酸度的影响和反应时间、还原剂用量等影响因素进行了讨论。在波长193.7nm、氨气做载气的条件下进行实验,计算得到的相对标准偏差为1.8%~2.5%,加标回收率为98.7%-102.5%,灵敏度为0.18,砷的检出限为0.13μg/L,该方法有低的干扰性、高的准确性,测定结果令人满意。 Salt lake mineral mud is commonly known as black mud. As a isonous element, Arsenic becomes one of the important toxicity index of black mud product with its increasing use. Arsenic was analyzed by LH -2A type hydride -generation and spectrAA220 type flame atomic ab- sorption spectrometry. The influence factors such as the acidity when sample was digested, digestion time, the carrier gas flow, the time and acidity during reaction and dosage of reducing agent in ex- periment were discussed. The experiment was carried out under the condition of the wavelength of 193.7 nm and with Argon as carrier gas. The calculation result was obtained that relative standard deviation was 1.8% -2.5% , standard sample recovery rate was 98.7% -102.5% , sensitivity was 0.18 and Arsenic detect limit was 0.13 μg/L. The determination by HGAAS had the feature of low interference and high accuracy. The experimental data was satisfactory.
