摘要
目的:探讨神经肌肉刺激治疗仪在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复护理中的应用效果。方法:88例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为两组,每组44例。对照组给予常规康复锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上,使用神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪治疗。观察、分析两组肢体运动功能、神经功能缺损程度与日常生活活动能力。结果:干预4周后,观察组上肢及下肢运动功能评分、巴氏(Barthel)量表评分高于对照组;神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS量表)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经肌肉刺激治疗仪用于脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复护理效果良好,能改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的神经功能,促进肢体运动能力和正常生活能力恢复。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of neuromuscular stimulation therapy instrument on the rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 88 stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomized into two groups,each with 44 cases.The control group were given regular rehabilitation exercises,while the observation group received neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy on the basis of the control group.The limb motor function,degree of impairment of the nerve function and the ability of daily living of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of intervention,the upper and lower limb motor function scores and Barthel scale scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of neurological impairment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The neuromuscular stimulation therapy instrument is effective in the rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with hemiplegia,which can improve their neurological functions and promote the recovery of limb movement ability and normal living ability.
