摘要
目的:观察温针灸联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的效果。方法:选取118例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各59例。对照组给予关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合温针灸治疗。比较两组治疗效果,治疗前后疼痛程度和膝关节功能,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为91.5%(54/59),明显高于对照组的67.8%(40/59),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,两组Lysholm评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为5.1%(3/59),低于对照组的18.6%(11/59),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者可提高治疗总有效率和膝关节功能评分,降低疼痛程度和不良反应发生率,其效果优于单纯玻璃酸钠治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of warm acupuncture combined with Sodium hyaluronate in treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:118 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intra-articular injection of Sodium hyaluronate,while the study group was treated with warm acupuncture on the basis of that of the control group.The treatment effects,pain degree and knee joint function before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.5%(54/59),which was significantly higher than the control group of 67.8%(40/59),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the visual analogue scale scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the Lysholm scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.1%(3/59),which was lower than 18.6%(11/59)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Warm acupuncture combined with Sodium hyaluronate in treatment of the patients with knee osteoarthritis can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the knee joint function score and reduce the pain degree and the incidence of adverse reactions.Moreover,it is superior to single Sodium hyaluronate treatment.
