摘要
目的:探讨玻璃酸钠联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效及对患者膝关节恢复的影响。方法:选取2014年5月至2017年9月湖北省谷城县人民医院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者87例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组44例和对照组43例。对照组患者单独行关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、膝关节恢复情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为95.45%(42/44),明显高于对照组的81.40%(35/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1、3及5周后,观察组患者Lysbolm膝关节评分明显高于对照组,视觉模拟评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃酸钠联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效显著,能促进患者膝关节功能恢复。
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of sodium hyaluronate combined with glucosamine sulfate in treatment of knee osteoarthritis and its effects on the recovery of knee joint.METHODS:87 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted into Hubei Gucheng County People's Hospital from May 2014 to Sept.2017 were selected and divided into observation group(44 cases)and control group(43 cases)via random number table.The control group was given intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate alone,while the observation group was given glucosamine sulfate based on the control group.The clinical efficacy and recovery of knee joint of both groups were observed.RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was 95.45%(42/44),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.40%,35/43),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);at 1,3 and 5 weeks after treatment,the Lysbolm knee joint scores of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the visual analog scales of observation group were significantly lower,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of sodium hyaluronate combined with glucosamine sulfate in treatment of knee osteoarthritis is remarkable,which can promote the recovery of knee joint.
