摘要 目的设计一种多通道荧光免疫分析仪。方法设备采用层叠、插卡方式,在每层的横向上采用同步带方式,纵向上用1个丝杆电机带动扫描光路系统,实现多个通道的检测;同时内嵌有工控主板电脑及电容触摸屏,可内扩4G模块,实现远程更新参数功能。采用稀释比例不同的药液分别对1~16个通道的一致性及准确度进行测试。结果通道间的变异系数值多小于1%,通道一致性完全满足要求;采集信号的放大滤波、中值滤波预处理方法有效滤除了50 Hz工频干扰、随机噪声等信号。结论该设备解决了转盘式结构存在的不足,并具有结构简洁、操作简便、通道一致性及稳定性好、通道数可扩展性强等特点。 Objective To design a multi-channel fluorescence immunoassay analyzer.Methods The design mode of lamination and card insertion was adopted in the analyzer,and the mode of the synchronous belt was adopted in the transverse direction of each layer,and a screw motor was adopted to drive the scanning optical system in the longitudinal direction,so as to realize the detection of multiple channels.At the same time,the analyzer was embedded with the industrial control motherboard computer and capacitive touch screen,which could expand 4 G modules to realize the function of remote updating parameters.The consistency and accuracy of channels 1-16 were tested by fluorescent nanosphere solution with different dilutions.Results The variation coefficient among channels was less than1%,and the consistency of the channels fully met the requirements.The amplification filtering and median filtering preprocessing methods of the collected signals could effectively filter out the signals such as 50 Hz power frequency interference and random noise.Conclusion The analyzer solves the shortcomings of turntable structure,and has the characteristics of simple structure,simple operation,good channel consistency and stability,and strong scalability for the number of channels.
