摘要
目的探索同质化、标准化的临床药师师资培训用药教育教学方案。方法设计规范化教学体系,分析培训中的用药教育模块,制订教学目标,梳理教学内容,设计教学流程和教学方法,并建立教学评估标准。结果用药教育模块规范化教学体系由教学目标、教学流程、教学方法、教学内容和教学评估组成。通过基于问题的教学方法,开展"角色互换,AB角互评"的互动式教学,实现师资学员带教技能的提升。结论用药教育教学在教学中应结合案例教学,并通过教学质量评估等手段加以完善,建议在临床药师师资培训中推广。
Objective To investigate the homogeneous and standardized teaching scheme of medication education for clinical pharmacist’s teacher training.Methods The standardized teaching system was designed,the medication education module in the training was analyzed,the teaching objectives were formulated,the teaching contents were sorted out,the teaching process and teaching methods were designed,and the teaching evaluation standards were established.Results The standardized teaching system of the medication education module was composed of teaching objectives,teaching process,teaching methods,teaching contents and teaching evaluation.Through the problem-based teaching method,the interactive teaching of″role exchange,mutual-evaluation between role A and role B″was carried out to improve the teaching skills of teachers and students.Conclusion Medication education teaching should be combined with case teaching,and improved by teaching quality evaluation,and it is suggested to be popularized in the training of clinical pharmacists.
