摘要
根据辽宁省“十三五”时期科技创新取得的成就,从创新能力、经费投入、人员投入、科技产出、创新创业平台、高新技术产业几个方面对辽宁省的科技现状进行比较分析,探讨创新能力、技术创新市场导向、产学研合作及科技政策转化方面的不足,并从创新要素、科技创新源头、科技成果转化、区域创新等角度提出对策建议,旨为辽宁省科技创新发展提供参考和借鉴。
According to the achievements of science and technology innovation in Liaoning in the“13th Five-Year”period,the present situation of science and technology in Liaoning is compared and analyzed from the aspects of innovation capability,investment,personnel input,science and technology output,innovation and entrepreneurship platforms,and high-tech industries.The deficiencies are put forward from aspects of innovation ability,technological innovation market orientation,industry-university-research cooperation and transformation of science and technology policy.Accordingly,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from perspectives of innovation elements,sources of scientific and technological innovation,transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and regional innovation.The aim is to offer reference and guidance for the further development of the science and technology innovations.
