摘要
“治理能力现代化”作为党政机关能力建设的核心要义,已成为高校行政管理专业人才培养的目标。以“治理能力”为视角,对其进行解构,按照“治理能力现代化”的目标要求,分别从目标体系、内容体系、管理和保障体系、控制和评价体系四个方面,构建地方高校行政管理专业实践教学体系,以期全面提升行政管理专业学生的治理能力。
“Modernization of governance capability”,as the core essence of the capacity construction in party and government organs,has become the goal of training public administration talents in colleges.From the perspective of“governance capability”,this paper deconstructs the“governance capability”.According to the goal and requirement of“governance capability modernization”,the paper discusses the ways of constructing practical teaching system for the specialty of public administration from the four aspects:target system,content system,management and security system,control and evaluation system.It is hopeful that the measures can comprehensively improve the governance ability for students majoring in public administration.
