摘要
目的:研究续骨活血法治疗上肢闭合性骨折患者的临床效果。方法:本次研究对象选取笔者所在医院骨科2018年12月-2020年10月收治的上肢闭合性骨折患者80例,使用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组患者进行手法复位外固定治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予续骨活血法进行治疗,两组患者均治疗12周。比较两组患者治疗后临床效果,治疗前后VAS评分、肿胀程度及血清IL-6、sICAM-1、TNF-α水平。结果:治疗组患者的临床总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的65.00%(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者VAS及肿胀程度评分均明显下降,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清IL-6、sICAM-1、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:续骨活血疗法治疗上肢闭合性骨折患者效果更佳,能有效降低患者疼痛水平及肿胀程度,改善炎症反应程度,加快骨折愈合速度。
Objective:To investigate the clinical application of continued bone and blood flow method in patients with closed fractures of the upper extremity.Method:A total of 80 patients with closed fractures of the upper extremity who admitted to the orthopedic department of our hospital from December 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects selected,and they were divided into the control group and the treatment group,40 patients in each group,by the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with manual reduction and external fixation,and patients in the treatment group were treated with continuous bone and blood flow method on this basis,and patients in both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical outcomes,VAS scores,swelling,and serum levels of IL-6,sICAM-1,and TNF-α before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical response rate in the treatment group was 97.50%,which was higher than 65.00% in the control group (P<0.05).The VAS score and degree of swelling score were significantly decreased in both patients after treatment compared with before treatment,and which in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-6,sICAM-1,and TNF-α in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those before treatment;the serum levels of IL-6,sICAM-1,and TNF-α were lower in the control group before and after treatment (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in comparison of data between groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Continuous bone and blood flow therapy for patients with closed fractures of the upper extremity is highly effective,and can effectively reduce the level of pain and swelling of patients,improve the degree of inflammatory response,and accelerate the rate of fracture healing.
