摘要
目的探讨股骨粗隆间骨折患者应用术后运动康复一体化治疗的效果.方法回顾性分析2015年1月—2020年1月85例股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料,将采用术后运动康复一体化治疗的45例患者纳入B组,将采用骨折治疗的40例患者纳入A组.比较两组临床疗效,对比两组治疗前后的疼痛程度(VAS)、关节活动度(ROM)、髋关节功能,并比较并发症发生情况.结果治疗后,B组治疗总有效率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,ROM、髋关节功能(Harris)评分比治疗前高,且B组ROM、Harris评分比A组高,VAS评分比A组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).B组术后并发症发生率比A组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用术后运动康复一体化治疗的效果较好,可有效改善关节活动度及髋关节功能,缓解患者疼痛程度,且术后并发症少.
Objective To investigate the effect of integrated sports rehabilitation therapy in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods The clinical data of 85 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures from January 2015 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.45 patients useel integrated sports rehabilitation therapy were included in group B,and 40 patients used fracture treatment were included in group A.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,the pain degree(VAS),joint range of motion(ROM),hip joint function before and after treatment were compared between the groups,and the complications were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in group B was higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,ROM and hip function(Harris)scores were higher than before treatment,the ROM and Harris scores of group B were higher than group A,and VAS score was lower than group A,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated sports rehabilitation therapy for patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur has a better effect.It can effectively improve the range of motion and hip joint function,relieve the patient's pain,and has fewer postoperative complications.
