摘要
加强高校青年教师队伍建设,提升青年教师综合素养,是不断提高高等教育人才培养质量的重要保障。从加强思想政治素质和师德师风建设、培养"双师双能型"教师队伍、制定严格的专业技术人员聘期和年度考核制度、实行有效的青年教师导师制度、积极推进青年教师国内外访学研修和在职培训的学分制等方面,探讨高校青年教师的培养途径。
Strengthening the team construction and improving comprehensive literacy of young teachers in college and university,are important safeguards of personnel training quality in higher education.Main cultivating pathways to young teachers are discussed,including strengthening construction of ideological and political quality,and ethics,cultivation of"double teacher and double ability"teachers,establishment of professional employment term and annualassessment system,effective implementation of tutor system,credit system of academic visit at home and abroad?and in-service training.
