摘要
青年教师综合素质的培养对高校教学质量的提高至关重要。校院两级管理体制下,学院是青年教师培养的主要阵地,应承担起青年教师培养的重任。本文结合浙江农林大学理学院的具体情况,总结了近几年青年教师的培养经验,探讨了青年教师培养的途径与举措,即重视岗前培训,加强入职教育;实行导师制度,夯实教学技能;注重内外交流,提高学术水平;健全评价体系,完善激励机制。
The cultivation of young teachers' comprehensive quality is very important to improve the teaching quality. Under the two level management system of universities, colleges are the main positions of young teachers' cultivation, which should bear the responsibility of young teachers training. According to the specific situation of school of sciences in Zhejiang agriculture and forestry university, this article sums up the training experience of the young teachers in recent years and discusses the ways and measures of the cultivation of young teachers, namely, paying attention to pre job training, strengthening the vocational education, implementing tutorial system, reinforcing the teaching skills, paying attention to internal and external communication, improving the academic level, perfecting appraisal system, and improving the incentive mechanism.
