摘要
建立一种高效液相色谱同时测定食品中8种食品添加剂(4种防腐剂、4种甜味剂)的方法。最终确定的分离条件是安捷伦XDB C18反相色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm),流动相是20 mmol·L^(-1)乙酸铵和甲醇,梯度洗脱,PDA检测器(190~400 nm)监测。8种添加剂在1~100 mg·L^(-1)范围内线性良好,相关系数R大于0.997,检出限在0.5~2.0 mg·kg^(-1)范围内,加标回收率在92.0%~98.2%,相对标准偏差为1.02%~2.99%,该方法可应用于多种食品基质。
A method for simultaneous determination of 8 food additives(4 preservatives and 4 sweeteners) in food by high performance liquid chromatography was established. The final separation conditions are agilent XDB C18 reversed-phase column(250 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm), mobile phase is 20 mmol·L^(-1) ammonium acetate and methanol, gradient elution, PDA detector(190~ 400 nm) monitoring. Eight additives have good linearity in the range of 1~ 100 mg·L^(-1), the correlation coefficient R is greater than 0.997, the detection limit is in the range of 0.5~ 2.0 mg·kg^(-1), the recovery rate is 92.0%~98.2%, and the relative standard deviation is 1.02%~2.99%. This method can be applied to many food substrates.
