First Quantum is focused on the development of copper resources.It has unique advantages in copper exploration,acquisition,construction and operation.Through analyzing the construction and operation process of First Quantum Company's flagship mine-Kansanshi Copper Mine,there are some references for Chinese copper enterprises:The ability of Technological innovation is the core competitiveness;continuing to grow bigger and stronger in strategy Oriented;continuously and efficiently expand production;stick to the main business,do something and do something.
