摘要 第一量子公司一家专注于铜资源开发的公司,公司在铜矿勘探、收购、建设和运营具有自身的特有优势。本文通过梳理第一量子公司的旗舰矿山-坎桑希铜矿的建设和运营过程,可以得到几点经验:科技创新能力是核心竞争力;坚持战略引领,不断做大做强;持续有效益地扩产;坚守主业,有所为有所不为。 First Quantum is focused on the development of copper resources.It has unique advantages in copper exploration,acquisition,construction and operation.Through analyzing the construction and operation process of First Quantum Company's flagship mine-Kansanshi Copper Mine,there are some references for Chinese copper enterprises:The ability of Technological innovation is the core competitiveness;continuing to grow bigger and stronger in strategy Oriented;continuously and efficiently expand production;stick to the main business,do something and do something.
