中国矿业企业的资产规模经历了从弱小到壮大的发展历程,实现了从追赶者到超越者的角色变化。当前国内大型矿业企业规模上已经接近世界一流矿业企业,但新形势下要求中国矿业企业要做强做大,突出质的提升,这主要是效益追赶。中国矿业企业如何追赶,怎样缩小这个差距,值得矿业企业高度关注。这种形势下,选取国内外具有代表性的加拿大第一量子矿业公司和中国的紫金矿业两家矿业公司,从不同角度对两者进行比较分析,从中寻找共同的成功经验和不一样的发展启示。
The assets of Chinese mining enterprises have experienced a development course from weak to strong, and achieved the changes from chaser to the role of transcendence. The scale of large Chinese mining enterprise has been close to world-class mining enterprises, Under the new situation, Chinese mining companies need to be more stronger and bigger by improving the quality and chasing after benefit. How do Chinese mining enterprises pursue benefits, and how to narrow the gap between Chinese mining enterprises and foreign enterprises, which are worthy to be paid much attention. In this situation, the first quantum mining companies in Canada and Zijin mining company in China were choosen to compare and analyze from different angles ,in order to looking for the common successful experience and different development enlightenment.
