摘要
首先,结合截割机构控制要求给出了掘进机控制系统的总体设计方案,数据采集和控制功能由数字信号处理器(DSP)实现,数据计算和存储功能由计算机实现;其次,分析了系统的数字量采集电路、模拟量采集电路、控制量输出电路和通信电路的设计思路;最后,给出了基于DSP/BIOS实时操作系统的软件流程和部分子程序流程。
Firstly,combined with the control requirements of cutting mechanism,the overall design scheme of roadheader control system is presented.Data acquisition and control functions are realized by DSP,and data calculation and storage functions are realized by computer.Secondly,the design ideas of digital data acquisition circuit,analog data acquisition circuit,control output circuit and communication circuit are analyzed.Finally,the software design process and the partial program design process based on DSP/BIOS real-time operating system are presented.
