常压下甲醇-乙醇相平衡的测定与关联 被引量:4

Determination and correlation of phase equilibrium about methanol-ethanol at atmospheric pressure

摘要 开展常压下甲醇-乙醇二元组分相平衡的测定可以更好地了解混合醇的性质,为工业制取甲醇、乙醇提供更多的相分离基础数据。相平衡测定装置为类似于Rose汽液平衡釜的双液系沸点仪,平衡组分采用气相色谱外标面积归一法测定,所测实验数据通过Herington面积积分法进行了热力学一致性检验。进一步采用Wilson、NRTY、UNIFAC活度系数模型对该体系相平衡的关联性进行了模拟,三个模型关联的相平衡温度平均偏差的最大值为0.9318 K,汽相组成平均偏差的最大值为0.0087,其中Wilson模型与实验值最为吻合。结果表明,气相色谱法测定甲醇-乙醇体系相平衡精度高,Wilson模型关联该体系更为合适。 The determination of methanol and ethanol phase equilibrium at atmospheric pressure can better understand the properties of mixed alcohols and provide more basic data of phase separation for the industrial production of methanol and ethanol.The phase equilibrium apparatus is a two-liquid system boiling point apparatus similar to Rose vapor-liquid equilibrium kettle.The phase equilibrium components were determined by the outer standard area normalization method of gas chromatography.The experimental data thermodynamic consistency was tested by Herington area integration method.NRTY,UNIFAC and Wilson models were used to simulate the correlation of the system phase equilibrium,respectively.The maximum value of the temperature average deviation of the phase equilibrium with the three models was 0.9318 K,and the maximum value of the vapor phase mole composition average deviation was 0.0087.Wilson model was the most consistent with the experimental datum.The results show that the gas chromatography method has high accuracy in the determination of phase equilibrium of methanol-ethanol system,and Wilson model is more suitable to correlate the system.
