摘要
目的 制备新型控缓释制剂载体材料聚己内酯 ,并探讨其结构和性质。方法 以纯化后单体为底物、钛酸丁酯为引发剂 ,通过控制单体与引发剂的投料比 ,催化开环聚合得适宜分子量的产物。结果 聚合反应有良好的收率 ,聚合产物有良好的分子量分布宽度。凝胶渗透色谱法 (GPC)、傅立叶变换红外光谱 (FT -IR)、热重分析 (TGA)、X -射线衍射 (XRD)表征为所需物质。结论 所用工艺可获得理想分子量的产物 ,工艺简单并具有良好的重复性。
OBJECTIVE To polymerize a novel drug carrier,poly-ε-caprolactone(PCL),and to investigate its structure and characterization.METHODS The product was obtained from the purified monomer by ring-opening polymerization under catalysis showing suitable polydispersity in molecular weight.RESULTS The product was characterized by GPC,FTIR,DTA and XRD,and exhibited high productivity. CONCLUSION The designed molecular weight of PCL can be controlled.Meanwhile,this polymerization can be prepared easily with good repetition.
