摘要
[目的]了解南京市公立医院医务人员对医院管理体制改革的认知情况,为进一步推进和完善改革提供参考。[方法]采用分层抽样的方法,抽取3家三级医院、4家二级医院和16家一级医院,利用自行设计的调查问卷进行调查。采用SPSS 22.0对调查数据进行统计分析。[结果]医务人员对医院管理体制改革了解及非常了解的占48.45%,69.91%的医务人员支持及非常支持改革,80.31%的医务人员认为改革有必要,63.94%的医务人员认为医院经营管理人才不足,77.65%的医务人员认为最有必要进行改革的内容是人事薪酬绩效制度改革,59.73%的医务人员支持及非常支持推进院长职业化,75.00%的医务人员认为院长应具备的最重要的能力是预见、决策、经营等管理能力。[结论]大多数医务人员对医院管理体制改革有一定的了解,医院等级越高,员工对医院管理体制改革的了解程度越高。医务人员普遍支持医院管理体制改革。
Objective To understand the awareness of hospital management system reform among medical staff in Nanjing so as to provide reference for further promoting and perfecting the reform.Methods The stratified random sample survey was conducted to select 3 tertiary hospitals,4 secondclass hospitals and 16 first-class hospitals,investigated data by self-designed questionnaire,and conducted statistical analysis on investigation data by SPSS 22.0.Results 48.45%of medical staffs knew(knew very well)the reform of hospital management system,69.91%of medical staffs supported(supported very much)the reform,80.31%of medical staffs believed that the reform was necessary,63.94%of medical staffs thought that hospital manager was insufficient,77.65%of medical staffs thought that personnel salary performance system reform was the most necessary reform content,59.73%of medical staffs supported(supported very much)the promotion of professionalization of the dean,and 75.00%of medical staffs believed that the most important abilities of the dean were foresight,decision-making,and operation.Conclusions Most medical staffs have a certain understanding for the reform of hospital management system.The higher level of the hospital is the higher of understanding of hospital management system reform by the staffs.The medical staffs generally support the reform of hospital management system.
