摘要
目的探究个性化护理在维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘护理中的应用及价值,为临床提供一定的理论参考,以提高维持性血液透析患者的护理水平。方法便利选取广东同江医院2016年11月—2019年10月收治的60例维持性血液透析治疗的动静脉内瘘患者作为研究对象,经数字随机表法将其分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组在常规护理上实施个性化护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组生活质量量表(QLQ-C30)评分和并发症发生率。结果护理前,两组生理功能、角色功能、心理功能和社会功能评分差异无统计学意义(t=0.362、0.318、0.151、0.217,P>0.05);护理后,两组生理功能、角色功能、心理功能和社会功能评分均高于对照组,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.728、3.590、3850、3.782,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6.66%,对照组并发症发生率为26.66%,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。结论个性化护理应用在维持性血液透析治疗动静脉内瘘患者护理中效果明显,可提高患者生活质量,降低相关并发症发生率,获得患者的高度认可,是一种理想的护理方式。
Objective To explore the application and value of personalized nursing in the care of arteriovenous fistulas in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and to provide a certain theoretical reference for the clinic to improve the nursing level of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Itis convenient to select 60 patients with arteriovenous fistula treated by maintenance hemodialysis who were admitted to Guangdong Tongjiang Hospital from November 2016 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by number random table method.30 cases each.The observation group implemented individualized care on the routine care,and the control group took routine care.The quality of life scale(QLQ-C30)score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of physiological function,role function,psychological function and social function between the two groups(t=0.362,0.318,0.151,0.217,P>0.05);after nursing,the physiological function and role function of the two groups of psychological function and social function were higher than those of the control group,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.728,3.590,3.850,3.782,P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 6.66%,and the complication rate of the control group was 26.66%.The observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized nursing care in maintenance hemodialysis treatment of arteriovenous fistula patients is effective.It can improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of related complications,and obtain high recognition from patients.It is an ideal nursing method.
