基于根因分析法的早期护理干预在预防维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘失功中的应用 被引量:7

Application of Early Nursing Intervention Based on Root Cause Analysis in Preventing Arteriovenous Fistula Dysfunction in Patients Undergoing Maintenance Hemodialysis

摘要 目的观察基于根因分析法的早期护理干预在预防维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘失功中的应用效果。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月我院收治的82例维持性血液透析患者的临床资料,根据护理方法的不同将其分为对照组(n=40例)和观察组(n=42例),对照组行常规护理,观察组行基于根因分析法的早期护理干预,比较两组患者动静脉内瘘情况及患者满意度。结果观察组动静脉内瘘失功率、阻塞率、感染率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于根因分析法的早期护理干预可有效预防维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘失功、堵塞、感染等不良事件的发生,提高患者的护理满意度。 Objective This paper aims to observe the application of early nursing intervention based on root cause analysis in preventing arteriovenous fistula dysfunction in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 82 patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected.According to the nursing method,the patients were divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=42).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received early nursing intervention based on root cause analysis.The situation of arteriovenous fistula and patients satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidecne of arteriovenous fistula dysfunction,obstruction,and infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention based on root cause analysis can effectively prevent the occurrence of adverse events such as arteriovenous fistula dysfunction,obstruction,and infection in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
