摘要
目的了解不同军种飞行人员模拟缺氧环境下动脉血氧饱和度(arterial oxygen saturation,SaO2)与相关指标的变化关系。方法根据入院时间选取在桂林康复疗养中心疗养的空军、海军、陆军航空兵飞行人员共526例为研究对象,按机种分歼击机、运输机、直升机组。采用Pearson及直线回归分析比较各机种飞行人员缺氧3 min后SaO2值及降幅的变化与心率(heart,HR)、布兰奇心功能指数(Blanche heart function index,BI)、血压(blood pressure,BP)值及增幅的相关度。结果缺氧后海军直升机飞行人员SaO2值及SaO2降幅与空军、陆航直升机飞行人员比较,差异有高度统计学意义,均为P<0.01。空军歼击机、海军运输机、空军直升机、陆航直升机飞行人员缺氧后SaO2及降幅与HR、BI及增幅均呈高度相关,为P<0.05或P<0.01。空军运输机飞行人员SaO2及降幅与BI及增幅均呈高度相关,P<0.05或P<0.01。海军直升机飞行人员SaO2及降幅与HR及HR、BI增幅呈高度相关,P<0.05或P<0.01。海军歼击机飞行人员SaO2及降幅与HR、BI及增幅无明显相关,P>0.05。结论受飞行环境和任务的影响,缺氧时海军歼击机、海军直升机飞行人员SaO2和相关指标的变化关系与其他军种同机种飞行人员存在差异。
Objective To explore the change relationship between arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)and its relevant indexes in simulated hypoxic environment for flight personnel of different services.Methods A total of 526 pilots from the Air Force,the Navy and the Army Aviation were selected to recuperate in Guilin Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center according to their admission time,and they were divided into fighter aircraft,transport aircraft and helicopter groups according to aircraft types.Pearson and linear regression analysis were used to compare the changes of SaO2 value and its decrease after 3 min of hypoxia with the changes of heart(HR),Blanche heart function index(BI),blood pressure(BP)and the changes of SaO2 value after 3 min of hypoxia in flight personnel of different aircraft types,and the correlation of the increase.Results After hypoxia,the SaO2 value and the decrease of SaO2 in the naval helicopter pilots were significantly different from those in the air force and the army aviation helicopter pilots,both of which were P<0.01.The SaO2 value and the decrease of SaO2 were highly correlated with HR,BI and their increase after hypoxia in the air force fighters,naval transport aircraft,air force helicopters and land aviation helicopters,which were P<0.05 or P<0.01.The SaO2 value and the decrease of SaO2 were highly correlated with BI and its increase in air transport flight personnel(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The SaO2 value and the decrease of SaO2 of naval helicopter pilots were highly correlated with HR and the increase of HR and BI(P<0.05 or P<0.01).There was no significant correlation between the SaO2 value and the decrease of SaO2 and HR,BI and their increase of naval fighter pilots(P>0.05).Conclusion Under the influence of flight environment and mission,the changes of SaO2 and related indexes of the naval fighter aircraft and naval helicopter pilots are different from those of the same aircraft types in other services.
