摘要
化石能源的大量长期使用是导致全球气候变暖和生态环境恶化的重要原因之一,能源革命的理念由此产生山西是我国重要的能源基地,中央给山西提出的定位是成为能源革命排头兵。文章在充分研究国内外能源革命经验的基础上,提出了成为能源革命排头兵的必要条件;分析了太原在发展理念、能源结构、能源效率等方面存在的主要问题;最后,提出未来的对策应从以下方面入手:结构优化、控量提效、环保优先、污染源外迁、近气先用、智慧整合、储存调配等。该研究对太原和国内其他同类型城市的能源结构转型有着重要的理论价值。
The large and long-term use of fossil energy is one of the important reasons for global warming and the deterioration of the ecological environment,and the concept of energy revolution was born from this.Shanxi is an important energy base in China,and the central government has set Shanxi as the vanguard of the energy revolution.The article puts forward the necessary conditions for the pioneers of the energy revolution on the basis of fully studying the experience of the energy revolution at home and abroad;analyzes the main problems in Taiyuan's development concept,energy structure,energy efficiency,etc.Finally,the paper proposes future countermeasures from the following aspects:structural optimization,volume control and efficiency improvement,environmental protection priority,pollution source migration,use of gas,smart integration,storage and deployment,etc.This research has important theoretical value for the energy structure transformation of Taiyuan and other cities of the same type in China.
