摘要
目的:建立UPLC法同时测定维C银翘片中维生素C、对乙酰氨基酚、绿原酸、甘草苷、连翘苷、牛蒡苷的含量。方法:色谱柱:Thermo BDS Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×100 mm,3.0μm);流动相:水(A),0.1%甲酸-乙腈(B),梯度洗脱;检测波长:280 nm;柱温:25℃;流速:0.2 mL·min^(-1);进样量:2μL。结果:所测6种成分在测定范围内均有良好的线性关系(r≥0.9999),平均回收率为93.53%~101.60%。结论:本法分离效果好,灵敏度高,重现性良好,优化了该药的质控方法。
Objective:To establish a method for simultaneously determining six constituents(vitamin C,acetaminophen,chlorogenic acid,liquiritin,forsythin and arctiin)in Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets by UPLC.Methods:The separation was performed on a Thermo BDS Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×100 mm,3.0μm)column with water and acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid eluting at 0.2 mL·min^(-1) in a gradient manner at 25℃.The UV detection wavelength was set at 280nm.Results:The calibration curves of the six constituents(vitamin C,acetaminophen,chlorogenic acid,liquiritin,forsythin and arctiin)were linear in their measurement concentration ranges(r≥0.9999).The average recoveries were from 93.53%to 101.60%(n=9).Conclusions:The method is rapid and sensitive with good reproducibility,which supplements the quality control methods of Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets.
