摘要
从智慧物流的时代背景入手,以高职物流专业学徒培养现状为依据,提出校企联合招生、保证学徒生源质量,校企联合培养、保证学徒培养质量,校企联合就业、保证学徒职业规划质量,并通过精准定位培养理念、精准定位就业岗位、精准对接教学与生产、精准制定双师型队伍遴选标准,实现校内实训与校外实习融合、能力培养与岗位需求融合、教学内容与工作任务融合、素质养成与技能培养融合、专业课程和技能证书融合,提高物流专业学徒人才培养质量。
Starting from the background of smart logistics and based on the current situation of apprentice cultivation of logistics specialty in higher vocational colleges,the paper proposed school-enterprise joint enrollment to ensure the quality of apprentices source,school-enterprise joint training to ensure the quality of apprentices cultivation,and school-enterprise joint employment to ensure the quality of apprentices career planning.Through the precise alignment of training concepts,employment positions,teaching and production,and selection criteria for dual-qualified teachers,the paper realized the integration of on-campus training and off-campus internships,ability training and job requirements,teaching content and work tasks,quality development and skill training,as well as professional courses and skill certificates to improve the quality of apprentice cultivation of the logistics specialty.
