摘要
文章对现代学徒制的典型特征、高职物流专业实施现代学徒制过程中存在的问题进行了深入分析,并就高职物流管理专业如何实施现代学徒制人才培养模式提出了具体的建议,对进一步提升我国高职教育人才培养质量具有一定的意义。
This paper analyzes the typical characteristics of modern apprenticeship and the problems existing in the process of the implementation of modern apprenticeship in the logistics major of higher vocational education,and puts forward specific suggestions on how to implement the reform of modern apprenticeship in the logistics major of higher vocational education,which is of certain significance to further improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational education in China.
