摘要
以混合所有制二级学院医疗设备应用技术专业为例,强化产教深度融合,充分利用协同育人平台,以创新人才培养模式为核心,建立共建、共管、共育、共享的人才培养机制,全面提升人才培养质量。
Taking the medical equipment application technology specialty of the secondary college of mixed ownership as an example,we strengthen the deep integration of production and education,make full use of the cooperative education platform,take the innovative talent training mode as the core,and establish the talent training mechanism of co-construction,co-management,co-education and sharing,in order to improve the talent training quality in an all-round way.
