摘要
高校创客空间可为大学生创客提供真实的学习和实践情境,促进跨学科知识的融合与应用,在推动高校创新创业人才和创新型工程技术人才培养方面作用显著。该文在对高校创客空间的主要运行形态及模式进行系统分析的基础上,以美国HEMI高校的典型创客空间为研究案例,对高校创客空间运行中的组织管理机制、用户参与机制、安全运行机制和运行监控机制进行了系统梳理。针对我国高校创客空间运行中存在的问题,借鉴HEMI高校创客空间在运行方面的成功经验,提出了“加强学生自治,优化组织管理”“降低入门门槛,激励学生参与”“加强安全管控,优化运行监控”“提供运行支持,实现外部对接”等建议。
Makerspace can provide real learning and practice contexts for college students,promote the integration and application of interdisciplinary knowledge,and play a significant role in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and innovative engineering talents in universities.Based on a systematic analysis of the main operational forms and modes of university makespace,this study selected the typical makerspaces of HEMI universities as the research case,systematically sorted out the organizational management mechanism,user participation mechanism,safe operation mechanism and operation monitoring mechanism of the university makerspaces.Aiming at solving the problems existing in the operation of the Makespaces in Chinese universities,and drawing on the successful operation experience of the makerspaces in HEMI universities,this study put forward the proposals of“strengthening student autonomy,optimizing the organization management”,“lowering the entry threshold,promoting student participation”,“strengthening security management,optimization of operational monitoring”and“providing operational support,implementing external docking”.
