摘要
应用最常见的极大似然估计法进行三参数威布尔函数参数的拟合,根据工业领域相关规则进行设备可靠运行区间的大致划分,明确各设备在使用过程中各时间点的使用可靠度情况。以某设备轴承为例,利用MATLAB软件进行常规极大似然估计法的程序编译,通过计算机语言进行设备的可靠性威布尔分布函数建立。对比分析该编译程序计算结果与其他方法计算结果的参数估算精度,以验证所编译程序的准确性,并将所编译程序实现软件化,方便了其他相关人员对设备运行状态的有效评估。
The most common maximum likelihood estimation method is used to fit the parameters of three parameter Weibull function.According to the relevant rules in the industrial field,the reliable operation interval of the equipment is roughly divided,and the reliability of each equipment at each time point in the use process is clarified.Taking the bearing of an equipment as an example,the routine maximum likelihood estimation method is compiled using MATLAB software,and the Weibull distribution function of equipment reliability is established using computer language.The accuracy of the compiled program is verified by comparing and analyzing the parameter estimation accuracy between the calculation results of the compiler and other methods,and the compiled program is realized using software,which facilitates the effective evaluation of equipment operation status by other relevant personnel.
