摘要
通过对比电子产品,分别从机械产品系统故障模式的复杂性、编制故障准则及产品可靠性设计中的分配和预计过程3个方面阐述了新研发机械产品的可靠性设计难点。在此基础上,文中对新研发机械产品的可靠性建模、可靠性分配及可靠性预计流程进行了分析与讨论,总结了一套针对新研发机械产品可靠性设计的有效方案,为以后该方面的进一步研究提供了一定的理论依据。
By comparing electronic products,the reliability design difficulties of newly developed mechanical products are explained from three aspects:the complexity of mechanical product system failure modes,the compilation of failure criteria,and the distribution and prediction process in product reliability design.On this basis,this paper analyzes and discusses the reliability modeling,reliability distribution and reliability prediction process of newly developed mechanical products,and summarizes a set of effective solutions for the reliability design of newly developed mechanical products,which provides theoretical basis for further research.
