摘要
目的探讨改良腹部固定法在减少重症监护室(ICU)男性留置导尿患者并发症中的应用效果。方法选取2017年11月至2019年12月我院ICU收治的男性留置导尿患者80例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用传统高举平台法固定,观察组给予改良腹部固定法固定。比较两组舒适度、并发症发生率及非计划拔管率。结果观察组BSSS评分、VAS评分分别为(2.01±0.53)分、(3.11±0.46)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组非计划拔管率为2.50%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良腹部固定法可改善ICU男性留置导尿患者舒适度,降低并发症发生率,减少非计划拔管。
Objective To explore application effect of improved abdominal fixation in reducing complications of male patients with indwelling catheterization in intensive care unit (ICU).Methods We chose 80 cases of ICU male patients with indwelling catheterization in our hospital from November 2017 to December 2019,divided them into two groups randomly,40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional lifting platform method,and observation group with improved abdominal fixation method.Compared comfortness,complication rate and unplanned extubation rate between two groups.Results BSSS scores and VAS scores of observation group were (2.01±0.53) points,(3.11±0.46) points,which were lower than those of control group,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);complications incidence in observation group was 5.00%,lower than 22.50% of control group,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);unplanned extubation rate of observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 20.00% of control group,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Improved abdominal fixation can improve comfortness of male ICU patients with indwelling catheterization,reduce complications incidence and unplanned extubation.
