摘要
目的探讨四君子汤联合肠内营养对结肠癌手术免疫功能及血清IL-2、IL-6水平的影响。方法选择2018年4月—2019年4月南阳南石医院收治的结肠癌手术患者82例,按照随机数表法将其分为两组,各41例。对照组单纯接受肠内营养治疗,观察组在此基础上联合四君子汤(党参、白术、茯苓、炙甘草各15 g)治疗。两组均治疗7d。观察两组细胞、体液免疫指标以及IL-2、IL-6水平。结果治疗前,两组IgG、IgM、IgA水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组IgG、IgM、IgA水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平高于对照组,CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)水平低于对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组IL-2、IL-6水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IL-2均降低,JL-6均升高,观察组IL-2低于对照组,IL-6高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤联合肠内营养应用于结肠癌手术患者中,能够改善细胞以及体液免疫功能,降低血清IL-2、IL-6水平,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Sijunzi decoction combined with enteral nutrition on cell,humoral immunity and serum levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery.Methods From April 2018 to April2019,82 patients with colorectal cancer were selected and divided into two groups,41 in each group.Among them,the patients in the control group received enteral nutrition only,and those in the observation group were treated with Sijunzi decoction on this basis.The cell,humoral immune indexes and levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in the two groups were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of IgG,IgM or IgA between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgG,IgM and IgA in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD_(4)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,the levels of CD_(3)^(+)and CD_(8)^(+)were lower and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2 in the two groups were lower.The level of IL-6 in the observation group was higher,the level of IL-2 in the observation group was lower and the level of IL-6 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sijunzi decoction combined with enteral nutrition can improve the cellular and humoral immune function of patients with colorectal cancer,and reduce the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in serum.
