腾冲红花茶籽油脂肪酸组成比较与质量评价 被引量:3

Comparative analysis offatty acid components and quality indicators of Camellia reticulate lindl.seed oil

摘要 采用气相色谱法对不同种植地(中和、云华、和睦、北海)腾冲红花茶籽油的脂肪酸成分进行分析,利用面积归一化法计算相对含量,同时对质量指标进行测定,并对试验结果进行差异分析。结果表明:不同种植地的腾冲红花茶籽油样品间脂肪酸组分相同,其中不饱和脂肪酸含量均在80%以上,油酸含量最高,达到72.74%~75.39%,必需脂肪酸含量为7.28%~8.16%,但棕榈酸、亚油酸和花生四烯酸含量差异较大;腾冲红花茶籽油清冽透明,具有茶油固有气味和滋味,理化指标基本符合国家标准,具有较高营养价值。 The fatty acid compositions of Camellia reticulate lindl.seed oil from different plantationsof Tengchong were analyzed by gas chromatography(GC),and the relative content of each fatty acid was calculated by area normalization method.At the same time,the quality index was determined,and all experimental data were analyzed by variance.The results showed that the fatty acids composition of Camellia reticulate lindl.seed oil from different plantations was the same.The content of oleic acid in tea oil was highest(72.74%~75.39%),the content of unsaturated fatty acids was above 80%,and the content of essential fatty acids was 7.28%~8.16%,but the contents of palmitic acid,linoleic acid and arachidonic acid were significantly different.Camellia reticulate lindl.seed oil is clear and transparent,with the unique smell and taste of tea oil,and the physical and chemical indicators basically meet the national standards,and the nutritional value of tea seed oil is high.
