摘要
目的对临床护士一般自我效能感和灾害护理能力现状进行调查,并探索一般自我效能感与灾害护理能力的相关性,为提高临床护士的灾害护理能力提供依据。方法采取便利抽样法,采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、一般自我效能感量表及临床护士灾害护理核心能力调查表对192名临床护士进行调查。结果临床护士一般自我效能感总均分为(2.55±0.56)分,灾害护理核心能力总均分为(2.75±0.72)分,护理基本知识、灾害过程护理、脆弱人群护理、灾害护理管理和灾害护理专业发展5个维度的条目得分依次为(2.80±0.74),(2.80±0.75)、(2.66±0.81)、(2.75±0.80)、(2.54±0.88);临床护士一般自我效能感与灾害护理能力呈正相关(-0.513,P<0.01)。分层回归分析显示,自我效能感可独立解释临床护士灾害护理能力总变异的24.7%。结论临床护士一般自我效能感及灾害护理能力处于较低水平,特别是灾害护理专业发展能力有待进一步提高。临床护士一般自我效能感对灾害护理能力具有正向影响作用,重视临床护士的身心健康、针对性地提高临床护士的自信心有助于其灾害护理能力的培养。
Objective To investigate the general self-efficacy and the status of disaster nursing ability of clinical nurses,and explore the correlation between general self-efficacy and disaster nursing ability,and provide a basis for improving the clinical nurses'disaster nursing ability.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to survey 192 clinica nurses using a self-designed general data questionnaire,a general self-efficacy scale,and a clinical nurse disaster care core competency questionnaire.Results The average score of general self-efficacy of clinical nurses was(2.55±0.56)points;The average score of capacity of clinical nurses'disaster care was(2.75±0.72)points.The scores of five dimen-sions of nursing basic knowledge,disaster process nursing,vulnerable population care,disaster nursing management and disaster nursing professional development were(2.80±0.74),(2.80±0.75),(2.66±0.81),(2.75±0.80),and(2.54±0.88).Self-efficacy was positively correlated with disaster nursing ability(r=0.513,P<0.01).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that self-efficacy can independently explain the total variation of 24.7%of clinical nurses'disaster care ability.Conclusion The general self-efficacy and disaster nursing ability of clinical nurses are at a low level,especially the development ability of disaster nursing profession needs to be further improved.The general self-efficacy of clinica nurses has a positive impact on disaster nursing ability.Paying altention to the physical and mental health of clinical nurses and improving the self-confidence of clinical nurses contribute to the cultivation of disaster nursing ability.
