摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径对躁狂抑郁症患者治疗依从性及满意度的影响。方法70例躁狂抑郁症患者随机分为两组各35例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行临床护理路径护理,比较两组的治疗依从性、护理满意度。结果观察组的治疗依从性、护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用于躁狂抑郁症患者可提高其治疗依从性及满意度。
Objective To explore the impact of clinical nursing pathway on treatment compliance and satisfaction degree of patients with manic-depressive illness.Methods 70 patients with manic-depressive illness were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing of clinical nursing pathway.The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction degree of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway applied in patients with manic-depressive illness can improve their treatment compliance and satisfaction degree.
