摘要
以加成型液体硅橡胶为基料,添加多乙烯基硅油等制得注射成型液体硅橡胶。考察了多乙烯基硅油种类和用量、铂金催化剂和抑制剂用量对胶料硫化速率的影响。结果表明:乙烯基质量分数10%、黏度5000 mPa·s的多乙烯基硅油用量越多,液体硅橡胶的正硫化时间越长;随着铂金催化剂用量的增加,液体硅橡胶的正硫化时间缩短;在硅橡胶配方中改用乙烯基质量分数8%、黏度15000 mPa·s的多乙烯基硅油后,相比采用乙烯基质量分数10%、黏度5000 mPa·s的多乙烯基硅油时,液体硅橡胶的正硫化时间缩短;当抑制剂用量由0.89份减少至0.56份时,液体硅橡胶的正硫化时间从105 s缩短至89 s。
The injection molding liquid silicone rubber is prepared with polyaddition liquid silicone rubber as the base material and multi-vinyl silicone oil.The effects of the types and amounts of multi-vinyl silicone oil,the amounts of platinum catalyst and inhibitor on the vulcanization rate of the compounds were investigated.The results show that the more 10%multi-vinyl silicone oil with a viscosity of 5000 mPa·s,the longer the positive vulcanization time of liquid silicone rubber;with the increase of the amounts of platinum catalyst,the positive vulcanization time of liquid silicone rubber is shortened;by using 8%multi-vinyl silicone oil with a viscosity of 15000 mPa·s,the positive vulcanization time of liquid silicone rubber is shortened;when the inhibitor is reduced from 0.89 phr to 0.56 phr,the positive vulcanization time of liquid silicone rubber is shortened from 105 s to 89 s.
