摘要
利用表面处理并借助硅烷偶联剂在医用硅橡胶表面制备一层PVP亲水涂层。用扫描电镜观察涂层表面形貌,测量涂层的厚度;用接触角测量研究不同硅烷偶联剂处理对样品表面亲水性能的影响,测量了样品在37℃条件下100mL纯净水中浸泡不同时间后接触角的变化。结果表明,经偶联剂KH792处理后浸涂2次PVP亲水涂层的样品涂层表面光滑平整,厚度均匀(约为110μm),亲水性能最优,在纯净水中浸泡7d后其亲水性能仍远优于基体。
We successfully prepared a PVP hydrophilic coating on medical silicon rubber surface by appropriate treatment and silane coupling agent.The surface morphology and the thickness of coating were investigated by SEM（scanning electron microscope）,and hydrophilic properties of the samples were characterized by water contact angle.The tendency of hydrophilic coating in water was observed by measuring water contact angle of different samples with soaking time in 100mL water at 37℃.The results indicated that the hydrophilicity of the sample treated by coupling agent and hydrophilic solution was modified significantly.The obtained coating was very smooth（the thickness was about 110μm）,and the hydrophilicity soaking of modified samples in water 7d was much better than that of the matrix.
