摘要
文章研究了淬火温度和回火温度对9Cr-3W-0.2V钢性能和组织的影响,结果显示采用1070℃奥氏体化后淬火,并经710℃回火得到优良的综合力学性能和组织。同时研究了该钢堆焊Cr-Mo层后的焊后热处理工艺,研究表明采用680℃作为焊后热处理温度可保证母材性能不降低的情况下焊接接头性能满足要求。
In this paper, the effect of quenching temperature and tempering temperature on the properties and microstructure of9 Cr-3 W-0.2 V steel was studied. The results showed that the steel was austenitized at 1 070 ℃ and tempered at 710 ℃ to obtain excellent comprehensive mechanical properties and microstructure. At the same time, the post-weld heat treatment process of the steel after pushing Cr-Mo layer is studied. The study shows that the performance of the welded joint can meet the requirements under the condition that the performance of the base material is not decreased by using 680 ℃ as the post-weld heat treatment temperature.
