5米级铝锂合金瓜瓣搅拌摩擦焊接工艺及组织性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对5米级铝锂合金箱底瓜瓣进行了搅拌摩擦焊接工程应用研究,探究了8mm厚2195-T8铝锂合金空间曲面长焊缝搅拌摩擦焊工艺特性,分析了接头组织性能。结果表明,选用圆锥螺纹+3个斜面结构的搅拌针,转速为300~500r/min,焊接速度为80~120mm/min,采用原位铣切、轨迹拟合、多点定位及正式焊工艺实现了2195铝锂合金瓜瓣高质量搅拌摩擦焊,接头成形良好,内部无缺陷,常温及-196℃低温条件下接头性能分别为抗拉强度406.5MPa、516.7MPa,延伸率6.6%、10%,达到母材性能的70%以上。 The engineering application of FSW is studied for the 5m AL-Li alloy melon-valve of heavy launch vehicle.The technological characteristics of FSW of long space curved welds with 8mm thickness 2195-T8 Al-Li alloy are studied,and the microstructure and properties of the joint are analyzed.The results show that the speed of 300-500r/min and the welding speed of 80-120mm/min are obtained by using tapered and three inclined plane structure agitating needles,high quality FSW of 2195 Al-Li alloy melon-valve is realized by in-situ milling,trajectory fitting,multi-point positioning and formal welding process.The properties of the joint at room temperature and-196℃low temperature are 406.5MPa、513.75MPa,the elongation is 6.6%and 9.4%respectively,which reaches 70%of the base metal properties.
