摘要
系统观是系统科学方法在哲学层面上的凝结和集成。生态文明建设是党中央要求和人民群众期盼。矿产资源既是经济社会发展的重要物质基础,也是一种具有独特属性的重要资源资产。矿业活动既是生产活动,也是维系生态系统的保障。"十四五"期间,为适应我国新发展格局等新形势的需要,应从系统科学方法和生态文明建设要求出发,扎实推进矿产资源领域创新驱动、有效管理和矿业全产业链的新发展。
The system theory is the condensation and integration of the systematic scientific method at the philosophical level.Eco-civilization construction is the requirement of the Party Central Committee and the expectations of the people.Mineral resources are not only an important material foundation of economic and social development,but also an important resource asset with unique attributes.Mining activities are not only production activities,but also a guarantee for maintaining the ecosystem.During the"14th Five-Year Plan(2021-2025)for National Economic and Social Development",in order to meet the needs China’s new development pattern under the new situation,we should start from the requirements of systemic scientific methods and eco-civilization construction,and solidly promote the innovation-driven,effective management and the new development of the whole mining industry chain in the field of mineral resources.
