摘要
针对二次冷却强度对180 mm×180 mm断面SWRH82B钢中心碳偏析的影响进行了研究,结果表明:二次冷却强度对180 mm×180 mm断面铸坯中心碳偏析改善无明显影响,相较于二次冷却强冷、二次冷却弱冷一定程度上能够降低SWRH82B钢中心碳偏析。
The effect of secondary cooling intensity on the central carbon segregation of SWRH82B steel with 180 mm×180 mm cross-section was studied.The results showed that the secondary cooling intensity had no obvious effect on the improvement of central carbon segregation of 180 mm×180 mm cross-section slab.Compared with the strong secondary cooling,the weak secondary cooling can reduce the central carbon segregation of SWRH82B steel to a certain extent.
