摘要
研究了φ500、φ800 mm大圆坯连铸42Cr Mo钢的碳偏析,研究了有无二冷助流搅拌、末端电磁搅拌及过热度对碳偏析的影响。结果表明:随着铸坯断面的增加,碳偏析波动值剧烈,铸坯断面从φ500 mm增大到φ800 mm,中心碳偏析系数增大8.4%,且其波动范围增大153%;二冷助流搅拌能有效减弱碳偏析程度及其波动范围;末端搅拌强度对碳偏析程度有重要的影响,适当的末端搅拌强度能有效降低碳偏析程度。φ500、φ800 mm的42Cr Mo圆坯的合适末端搅拌的搅拌强度分别为450 A/5Hz和450 A/6Hz。随着过热度的增加,碳偏析程度增加,在允许的情况下应保持较低的过热度。
Carbon segregation of 42CrMo continuous casting steel for φ500 and φ800 mm big round bloom was studied.The influences of with or without secondary cooling electromagnetic stirring(S-EMS), final electromagnetic stirring(F-EMS)and superheat degree on carbon segregation were also studied. The results show that carbon segregation fluctuates sharp with the increase of the cross section size of round bloom. Central carbon segregation coefficient increases by 8.4%, and its fluctuation range increases by 153% with the cross section increased from φ500 mm to φ800 mm. The S-EMS can effectively reduce carbon segregation and its fluctuation range. The effect of the F-EMS intensity on the degree of carbon segregation is important. The suitable F-EMS can effectively reduce carbon segregation. The suitable F-EMS strengths of φ500 and φ800 mm 42CrMo round blooms are 450 A/5Hz and 450 A/6Hz respectively. The carbon segregation degree increases with the increase of superheat degree. In the allowable case, the lower superheat degree should be kept.
