Recent progress on D-biotin synthesis

摘要 D-生物素属于B族维生素,也是合成维生素C的必要物质,最初在酵母的研究过程中被发现,之后与其相关的报道层出不穷。在工业中,D-生物素以化学法合成,但化学法有工艺繁杂以及会对环境造成危害等弊端,而利用生物法合成D-生物素则有工艺简单和环境友好等优点,因此近些年通过微生物合成D-生物素的研究越来越广泛。该文综述了D-生物素的生理作用、化学合成法、生物合成法以及微生物合成D-生物素的研究进展,旨在为以后研究者们对微生物合成D-生物素的研究提供参考。 D-biotin is one of the B-vitamins,and it is an essential substance for the synthesis of vitamin C.The study of D-biotin has been extensively reported since it was discovered in yeast.D-biotin was produced via chemical methods in the industry,but the chemical methods had disadvantages such as complicated process and environmental harm,while the synthesis of D-biotin by biological methods had advantages such as simples process and environmentally friendly.The physiological functions,chemical synthesis,biosynthesis of D-biotin and the progress in the synthesis of D-biotin by microorganisms were reviewed,in order to provide a reference for future researchers to study the synthesis of D-biotin by microorganisms.
