摘要
目的观察王氏痔消洗剂在严重嵌顿痔保守治疗的临床疗效。方法从医院2019年1月1日-2020年7月31日收治的严重嵌顿痔住院患者中抽取60例患者作为实验的研究对象,将60例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组全部严重嵌顿痔患者予王氏痔消洗剂煎汤坐浴,对照组全部严重嵌顿痔患者予高锰酸钾溶液坐浴。最终比较两组患者间的临床疗效和病症改善情况。结果经过一段时间的统一治疗后发现,治疗组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组。治疗组症状、体征评分的改善及疗效均明显优于对照组。结论通过此次对比,发现王氏痔消洗剂在严重嵌顿痔的保守治疗中有显著作用,能有效改善患者症状表现,减少患者痛苦,并且中医治疗主要是通过对身体内部生态循环的治疗,更注重患者身体内部结构的恢复,确保在停药后身体能继续保持平衡的运作,这是中医治疗的优势所在。也是中医能延续到现在还依然存在的原因。所以此方法非常值得临床推荐并使用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wang’s Zhixiao lotion in the conservative treatment of severe Incarcerated Hemorrhoids. Methods 60 patients with severe Incarcerated Hemorrhoids admitted to our department from January 1,2019 to July 31,2020 were selected as the research objects,and 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria and were diagnosed by the guidelines for clinical diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhoids were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group Patients with hemorrhoids were given hip bath with potassium permanganate solution. Finally,the clinical efficacy and disease improvement between the two groups were compared. Results After a period of unified treatment,we found that the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. The improvement of symptoms and signs scores and curative effect of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group. At the same time,the patients can directly feel the effect. Conclusion Through this comparison,we found that Wang’s Zhixiao lotion in the conservative treatment of severe Incarcerated Hemorrhoids has a significant role,can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the pain of patients,and traditional Chinese medicine treatment is mainly through the treatment of the internal ecological cycle of the body,the treatment pays more attention to the recovery of the internal structure of the patient’s body,to ensure that the body can continue to remain flat after stopping the medicine This is the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine. It is also the reason why traditional Chinese medicine still exists. Therefore,this method is worthy of clinical recommendation and use.
