摘要
目的:探索冰硝散联合迈之灵对关节镜下前交叉韧带(Anterior Cruciate Ligament,ACL)重建术后膝关节肿胀的临床疗效。方法:选取关节镜下ACL重建术后患者60例,使用随机数字表法分为观察组(冰硝散外敷+迈之灵)与对照组(迈之灵),每组30例,通过视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)及膝关节肿胀值评价两组患者术后1、3、5、7 d患膝肿胀消除情况。结果:术后1 d,两组VAS评分及肿胀值均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3、5、7 d,观察组VAS评分及膝关节肿胀值均小于对照组,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冰硝散外敷联合迈之灵对于消除膝关节镜下ACL重建术后的肿胀具有积极意义,在临床工作中具有一定的应用价值。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of external application of Bingxiao Powder combined with Aescuven forte on arthroscopic swelling of the knee after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Methods:60 patients after ACL reconstruction under arthroscopy were selected and divided into the observation group and control group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group treated with external application of Bingxiao powder(冰硝酸)combined with Aescuven forte and the control group treated with Aescuven forte.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and knee swelling values were used to evaluate the reduction of knee swelling 1,3,5 and 7 days after surgery in both groups.Results:One day after surgery,VAS scores and swelling values of the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);3,5 and 7 days after surgery,VAS scores and knee swelling values of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of Bingxiao Powder combined with Aescuven forte has positive significance in eliminating the swelling after arthroscopic ACL reconstruction of the knee,and it has certain application value in clinical work.
