摘要
目的探讨基于微信公众平台的培训管理模式在手术室护士培训中的应用效果。方法将2017年6~12月我院手术室的35名护士分为传统组,采用常规多媒体培训模式培训;将2018年1~6月我院手术室的35名护士分为微信组,采用基于微信平台的培训模式进行培训。比较两组护士的考核成绩及对培训效果的满意度情况。结果传统组培训后的平均成绩较培训前提高了4.4分(95%CI,3.5~5.2,P<0.001),微信组培训后的平均成绩较培训前提高了12.8分(95%CI,11.0~14.7,P<0.001),微信组平均提高分数较传统组多8.4分(95%CI,6.5~10.5,P<0.001)。微信组的护士对培训方式以及提高自主学习能力、提高理论及操作技能3个方面的满意率均高于传统组(均P<0.05)。结论基于微信公众平台的培训管理模式有利于提高手术室护士的专业知识及培训的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of the training management model based on WeChat public platform in operating room nurse training.Methods 35 nurses in the operating room of our hospital from June to December 2017 were recruited as the traditional group and were trained with the conventional multimedia training mode.The 35 nurses in the operating room of our hospital from January to June 2018 were recruited to the WeChat group,and were train with the training mode based on the WeChat platform.Compared the assessment results of the two groups of nurses and their satisfaction with the training effect.Results The average performance of the traditional group after training increased by 4.4 points(95%CI,3.5~5.2,P<0.001);the average performance of the WeChat group after training increased by 12.8 points(95%CI,11.0~14.7,P<0.001);the WeChat group improved the score by 8.4 points(95%CI,6.5~10.5,P<0.001)more than the traditional group.The WeChat group liked this training method,improved their independent learning ability,and improved theoretical and operational skills.Their approval rates were much higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05 for each)).Conclusion the training management mode based on WeChat public platform is beneficial to improve the professional knowledge and training satisfaction of operating room nurses.
